Before you write to us.

CIAKLI uses a personal link sent by email. It is valid for ten minutes and can be used only once.

At this stage, we register your address. We will write to you once when CIAKLI opens to the public; no payment is required.

After verifying your email, choose your plan, accept the terms and enter the area for uploading your short film.

Subscriptions are not active during pre-opening. Authors can save a payment method without an immediate charge.

Available quality depends on the title's master and your plan. If playback stops, include your device, browser and network in your request.

The form collects editorial details and the master. If something goes wrong, note the message shown before closing the page.
